Who and why…

This is the beginnig of my personal blog to keep friends updated on what is going on in my life and how it effects the world. Remember we are all connected.

In getting started be aware I have several project on going and many changes in my life and the world. We are all entering the deepest recession in our nation’s history which is part of a much larger transition on the planet. This is truly a time to reevaluate our values and approach to what life should be, and what priorities we should embody.

Are our values related to what we buy, or who we are? What is the foundation of our happiness and how does it effect the society around us, and the world in general? Why are we here and who are we as inhabitants of a truly wonderous and beautiful planet?

My answers are found within and radiate outward to those who I touch daily. I know we are spiritual beings having a human experience. I take responsibility for my life and recognize my actions have consequences on others. I am here to both heal myself and the world around me. The foundation of this transformation has to be rooted in Love or it is bound to return in dramatic and unproductive ways. My world is not based on profit but production. My thoughts and actions are seeds which bear fruit. I have always been a healer and an activist. I helped create a labor union, ran for state wide office and participate in creating the Organicfest each year here in Western North Carolina. I am a musician and songwriter sharing insights and uplifting the spirits of those who cross my path and share my journey. I am also a business person, insurance agent, home security adviser,  entrepreneur, network marketer, and Spiritual Dreamer working to enrich the lives of others. Careful of the integrity of the companies I deal with and the services I offer.

I hope you will follow my journey, add constructive comments, share ideas and wisdom you have lived, and participate in this great adventure we jointly create

Thanks for your wonderful words Lance. I’m also a musician/singer (not currently active, but trying to find time to play (piano) & sing with my busy work schedule). I look forward to reading more of your thoughts in the future!

    I appreciate all the responses.

To answer a few, ai think there are many things I could share about, and I do at http://www.hardtimessolutions.com, and other sites I hope to put up, but this one is about me… and I’m what I am.

I would like to encourage Anita to start playing again. Nothing in my life is as refreshing and connects me to Spirit and others as music and singing. Do you write lyrics or music yourself? I really only get a few hours a week to play but it is like meditation. Yeah… the Journey is what counts… it’s all there is!

Thanks for responding and I look forward to following you all as well, there is always so much more to learn.
